Since joining Genesis10 in 2010, Brekke has been instrumental in helping organizations across industries meet their talent needs while driving innovation in Minnesota’s tech community. Her leadership was further exemplified in 2018 when she co-founded Dev10. The program has placed more than 1,600 consultants in high-demand technology fields such as software development and data engineering, with 64% identifying as diverse and 24% as women. These achievements reflect her unwavering commitment to advancing diversity in tech and building a more inclusive technology workforce.
