Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing designation for Client Satisfaction. Pretty impressive, isn’t it?
How clients rate Dev10
Now, you may be wondering how an NPS score is calculated. To start with, you ask clients to rate you on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest rating. Then you take the percentage of clients who rate you with a 9 or 10 (the promotors) and subtract the percentage of clients who rate you with a 1 to 6 (the detractors).
We’re also excited to report that our score has improved year-over-year. Last year, we had an NPS of 76.5%, so we climbed 1.1 percentage points. We’re committed to our clients and are working hard to see our score climb even higher next year! While we are already exceeding the industry average, we will never be satisfied until our score hits 100%.
